Protein Shake
 


After a hard workout it is important to replenish those carbohydrates and build back those muscles with a good protien shake - don't forget the importance of Essential Fatty Acids to aid in recovery. Here is a good starter shake for you - add your own favorite ingrediants to personalize it.

Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop protein powder (18.5g protein)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup vanilla rice milk
  • ½ cup organic berries
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1tbsp flax oil

  • 68g carbohydrate (63%)
  • 24g protein (22%)
  • 7g fat(15%)
