Mix-And-Match Sandwiches For A Healthy Lunch

Rather than always having the same sandwich, by mixing up your bread type, and trying different vegetables and meats you can put a twist on the typical turkey sandwich

Whole wheat bread, 7-grain bread, Pita, Sprouted Bagel, Whole wheat roll, Tortilla

Add...

Turkey, Lean Roast Beef, Hummus, Wild Salmon, Sliced Chicken, Roasted Eggplant, Roasted Yams

Top with any...

Broccoli Sprouts, Organic Cheese Slice, Organic Goat’s Feta, Spinach Leaves, Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, Roasted Red Pepper, Red Pepper

Add...


Mustard, Lo-fat organic mayo, avocado, Cranberry Sauce, Pico De Gallo, olive oil

For example: Wild Salmon and Bell Pepper Pocket

  • ½ can wild salmon or 2oz fresh salmon
  • ¼ bell pepper chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 2-4 rings sweet white onion
  • 1-2 green lettuce leaf or spinach leaves
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • Dash Italian spice or Spice de Provence
  • Dash black pepper
  • 1 pita bread cut in ½ 
Combine salmon, green peppers, celery and onions in a bowl. In another bowl, combine dressing, black pepper and oregano, pour it over the tuna mix and stir
